Richard P. Earley
Mr. Earley is recognized as a distinguished CEO, entrepreneur and investor with a proven track record of launching and building companies and leading them to success. In addition to his role as Managing Partner & Co-Founder of Dunrath Capital, Mr. Earley is also currently serving as:
- CEO & Chairman & Founder of the Sciath Group, a private global investment firm that originates and operates companies in the information technology, aerospace & defense, energy & power and communications industries (www.sciath.com)
- Executive Chairman & Co-Founder of Clean Urban Energy, a building efficiency and energy storage SaaS company (www.cleanurbanenergy.com)
Earlier in his career, Mr. Earley co-founded and served as CEO and Chairman of Arxan Technologies Inc. and Arxan Defense Systems Inc. (acquired by Microsemi MSCC), Inc, a DOD focused anti-tamper products company and served as President of Synergy Software Inc, an IT systems integrator and is currently publicly traded as Covansys Inc. (CVNS). He also held executive general management and sales and marketing positions for two other IT software companies. Mr. Earley currently serves on several corporate boards, including the Advisory Board for the University of Notre Dame's Gigot Entrepreneurial Center, the U.S. State Department’s Defense Trade Advisory Board, the DHS Critical Infrastructure Protection Advisory Group, the Information Technology Sector Coordinating Council and holds a DOD clearance.
Mr. Earley earned an MBA from Benedictine University, and a BA from the University of Notre Dame and completed Harvard University’s Program for Senior Executives in National and International Security.
