Dunrath Capital Infrastructure Surety Fund
Dunrath Capital Infrastructure Surety Fund, LP, is a Delaware limited partnership formed for the purpose of making private equity investments in companies that provide goods and services for the protection of modern infrastructures. The term infrastructure surety encompasses all products and services that identify, protect, and defend against threats to modern infrastructures. This broad definition describes Dunrath Capital?s belief that security solutions are not limited to a single category (information security, physical protection, or bioterrorism, for example). Rather, a variety of interrelated applications in many different categories must work in tandem to be most effective. The Partnership was licensed under the Small Business Investment Act of 1958, as amended, as a Small Business Investment Company (SBIC).
